Approach to Care

I use a collaborative, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive approach that centers each client’s experiences, identities, and goals. I incorporate somatic and creative approaches when appropriate and strive to create a space that feels warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental.

Why I Do This

Being human is hard! I believe our experiences and struggles can shape us without defining who we are. I’m passionate about helping people make sense of their stories, discover and draw on their strengths, and create space for meaningful, authentic growth.

What a First Session Will Be Like

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your goals and what you’d like support with at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Experience

My experience includes working with adolescents and young adults in school and community settings, supporting clients navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, grief, relationships, identity development, and other challenging life experiences.

Education
