Approach to Care

My approach to care is trauma-informed and person-centered. Our work together will be a collaborative relationship that empowers you as an individual.

Therapy is a vulnerable commitment, a space where you should feel heard. My mission is to do just that. You are the expert on yourself; it is not my job to change you, but rather, an opportunity for you to feel heard as you navigate yourself.

Why I Do This

It is an honor to be trusted with the details of someone’s life and identity. My work is deeply rewarding, as it helps me feel connected to humanity and to my own community.

What a First Session Will Be Like

Our first session will involve getting to know each other, as well as discussing the logistics of our therapeutic relationship. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about this process.

Experience

I have over four years of experience working in Gender-Affirming Healthcare at the Sexual and Gender Health Clinic. I also have experience in school social work, with a focus on supporting gender-creative and neurodivergent youth in the Twin Cities.

Education

Bachelor’s in English and LGBT Studies – DePaul University
Master of Social Work – Saint Catherine University – Anticipated August 2026

Personal Interests

I love karaoke, cheesy movies, music, and taking long walks. I’m fascinated by fashion history and enjoy reading about mental health. In my free time, you’ll often find me hanging out with my cat, Devo. I’m a terrible cook and deeply admire anyone who can bake bread from scratch.
